HOW TO BOOST SKIN AND HAIR HEALTH

Creating a healthy and generous skin and hair routine is extremely important for our health. It is crucial to develop a few habits for great results. The excellent part for skin and hair health is that we can target it individually by many proven methods.

EIGHT WAYS TO AN EXCELLENT ROUTINE –

  • Decide on your daily water consumption and swear by it. Because water is the primary source to develop strength and shine in hair.

  • Eat a healthy balanced diet, and prefer eating foods in their raw forms making it easier to absorb and processed by your body.

  • Cut down processed sugar and instead of using white sugar use honey or brown sugar for sweetening.

  • Workout at least 15 to 20 minutes daily. Workout helps our skin to breathe by cleansing pores through sweating. That post-workout glow is no joke.

  • Do yoga which includes lung exercises. This improves our breathing and can increase oxygen levels. More oxygen intake more healthy skin and hair.

  • Use sun block for skin as UV rays age skin faster and damage the cell regeneration process.

  • Exfoliate skin and scalp at least once a week, so the new skin can resurface.
